Ive been wanting to do those pics for ages, and my new lens allowed it. I was really lucky with the star trails, there was a spot to park and a decent place in the field next door to work. I set the camera going controlled by Triggertrap and sat back in the car. It was nearly zero degrees! Still a bit bothered by the light pollution. I'll be off to Cumbria in the spring where I've got a shot planned. Pete

For the star trails, its about 100 separate shots stacked together. Each one was 15 seconds (I think)

Was a dark, cold, miserable winter day, rain with temps just above freezing.
Just the day to visit the cemetery. Mine for today:   ....

We drove 20 minutes up the road today to our local Ski resort as the sun came out for the first time this year..

Nice panoramic, although I think that car might be a dodgy cut and shut job
Jealous of all these seaside shots  keep em coming! I'm off to Llandudno in February so might get some then. not nearly as picturesque though.
