Ebike are a broker. They have a non premium rate claims line, and a claims company deals with the claim. I claimed with them 2 years ago. Only 2 weeks between writing the bike & and me having a cheque.

I was with MCE n I used the breakdown service. Couldn't fault them really, even took me home even though I was outside the 10 mile radius n the garage was closer.

I eventually had to threaten them with the ombudsmen they were so bad.
