Maybe I ought to try the neck warmer/scarf trick. Never thought
about this.

My more expensive helmet has a breath deflector type thingie and it
seems to help a bit. However, I don't normally use this helmet for
the commute saving it for special occasions.

Don't think it is intended for rain either: the purpose of this contraption is
probably to deflect passing birds.

ive tried all of the above, with no joy.

dont like any inserts as im claustraphobic and i like to have my visor open a little.
