I voted Artoo as well but obviously the best cats name is Mr Bigglesworth!!

Well my last 2 cats have been called the same name but i'm not telling you what cos everyone wants to knick it when i tell em.

Are you serious ? cats are the most unselfish animal on the planet, they never cr#p in there own garden so you never have to clean up after them. Plus they dont fight under their under windows and disturb you when you are trying to sleep off nights, they do it under someone elses, but best of all they never scratch the roof and bonnet of a brand new 18k car necessitating a respray to said area,s.
