post office lost my parcel

my postman is very good, although i can remember the post being there first thing. now it dont come till elvensies

your postie now has to sort mail for a few hours before he goes out on delivery's and he now only delivers once, he used to come round twice.
royal mail cut backs again where the customer looses out.

I've only had 1 of thing go missing with Royal Mail and 1 thing with another courier

Royal Mail:
Sold a set of clear indie lenses for a curvey, packaged properly, addressed correctly for destination and my address as well. Went missing filled in the form made lots of phone calls got nothing out of them at all


Securicor Omega:
Blew the engine on my SV, got another from a breakers with 2 day delivery paid for. So i took time off work to recieve the engine and help unload it if needed due to it's weight and to fit it. I waited in all day and nothing! Phoned the breakers, they sent it when they said they did and faxed thruogh the collection ticket. Phoned Omega, than phoned them again and again and again. Anyway after about a week and a half they find my engine again! (must have slipped behind an envelope or something) so arrange another day off work tell them i'll be in all day to help unload due to its weight. Again waited in all day and nothing again! So now i'm really narked about it, Iphone them again. Their response is "the driver is already back and he's delivered it at 2.30pm" Well he's not delivered it here! The muppet had delivered it to a house over the road and about 3 doors down!!!!

Truly unbelievable

we had a women phone today saying she had posted a letter with £500 of cash in it by mistake! no stamp or proper address? went to our vague,lost,damaged room and there it was lying on the table phoned her back and told her we would post it back to her registered post, the lady was over the moon with the post office trouble is when people are happy with the service they dont inform the media they only moan when they have bad results, such is life.

I guess that's true of any business/service though isn't it.

i make a habbit of bulling up companys that serve me will with a letter.
