I remember [and this is a painful memory for me to admit] buying MCN a few years back when she was the celeb in the real biker or not article.

There was the "I dont ride in the rain" - which to be fair a fair few blokes dont either but it came across as a Im too delicate to ride in bad weather attitude. There was the "I dont do any maintenance" - not even chain or tyre pressures from the comments made.

And as for the dream bike..... well.... "Its an MV Augusta... but I dont like their blue logo so my dream bike has to be a R6"

WTF???? You change your whole concept of dream bike for a blue logo? So the styling and whole design, the engine performance, comfort etc wasnt important as the colour scheme? And with her money Im amazed the concept of spraying it was not a consideration.

Sorry, I just sat there wanting to slap her about how she let women bikers get portrayed.

Its been hard enough, especially a few years ago when there werent so many women riding as there are now, with some guys to get taken seriously as it is, let alone having an article like that done portraying women bikers as delicate and clueless.

The poor girl. And some of the guys on here are so full of BS. She isnt perfect but if the opportunity presented itself there are not many red blooded males who would turn her down. Nor would they kick her out of bed for f*rting or eating crisps.

Reality check please!

I've seen her with her R6 on Tv (which of course qualifies me to comment ) and it really looked as if she had it to impress people yet never ever rode it. She didn't even look like she knew how to get on to it! (you'd think she'd be a natural at getting her leg over )
