Practice makes perfect. Its handy to have someone with you to point out where your going wrong, with maybe a camera so you can see just how far you are off the ground.

I was playing about one day and someone kindly pointed out my knee was no where near the ground however, my exhaust was bloody close everytime the pegs touched down which could have ended in disaster.

I dont see the benefit of it on the road myself, unless you 100% know the road, where every bump is and have checked it out for any hazards like spills and mud etc then its all abit dodgy, but it is damn fun trying.

Hang off, feet positioned at the edge of your pegs so your toe touches down before your pegs if you get it wrong........and be smooth and maintain a steady speed until exiting the corner. It will feel really uncomfortable if your jolting and wobbling about.

yay, so you liked it then!!! I love that bit of road. It's the best bit about going home to visit my parents. Good knees down teritory if you don't mind the adverse camber at points. I'm still trying too. its too bloody cold to wear my suit with knee sliders no so I guess I'll have to wai for next spring . I get the same problem nick 4 (or whoever you are now ) of de-stabalising the bike when i shift position.
