Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Just get someone else to check for missed bits, as I do. Best to use a teenager with good eyesight I find - my daughter seems to enjoy getting every last stray hair that evaded the clipper.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
When I was contracting I alway had to be smart and trim. When that ended, I stopped going the the hairdressers and let my hair grow and keep it in a pony tail. It's been 8 years now since I had my hair professionally cut.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Hmmm, why is it that less than 24 hours after I cancel BTSport, I then find out that I might not get Eurosport through sky by the end of the month.. Nightmare!!!

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
I have sky and don't pay for sport but I get 3 Eurosport Channels anyway so you might be OK.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
But what you are paying for is something the links to the discovery package... Discovery are the company that are in dispute with Sky.
I don't have Sky sports either.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
That would be a bummer for me if I lost the Discovery channels. 90% of my watching is Discovery.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
If Sky lost eurosport and discovery, do you think people would have the right to cancel their subscription? I can't see sky offering any price reductions if they did lose them

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Well i could cancel mine, as I'm out of contract and apart from BBC,C4, C5, i mostly use the Movie Channels, Discovery Channels, especially Eurosport. So if i cancelled sky, and just used the sky box as a freesat reciever, then i wouldn't be missing much, plus ive just bought my wife an Amazon Fire Stick, so i can get movies on Prime or Netflix.
I also have a net top pc which i could use as a Kodi box, or stream a Eurosport subscription from it. But id rather not, as for all its expense Sky is a great platform, easy to use, and reliable
