Excellent idea. If I lose it again, they won't replace it!

Well if you think about it, if you picked up someone's travel card and it had their number on it, I bet you'd call them.

I agree entirely, I just wish it had occurred to me before today.

People who leave flyers on your bike to publicise their vlog.

Stop littering The Visual Biker. I don't want your crap on my bike.

Add to that people who leave flyers on your car, tucked under the wipers.

My wife is a bit naughty with newspapers and magazines, she tips them up and shakes all the crap lurking inside back into the shelf at supermarket or newsagent.

These days postmen (postpersons ?) get bad backs carrying advertising crap around to push through your letterbox, 100% of which which goes straight into recycling in our house.

I just have a sticker on my letterbox flap that says 'No free papers, flyers, mailshots, charity bags, takeaway leaflets or other junk'.

It mostly works.

I have a stockpile of charity bags. I use them instead of buying rubbish bags. I tend to get more than 1 a week and would have to be Primark to fill them all.

Virgin Media

Man with a head in a hole down the road just disconnected me in the middle of a net meeting. Lost voice/video, just got back in after shouting at the guy. There is a fault he says. There wasn't until you disconnected me. Well it is affecting those up the road.

Why did you not give any notice of a disconnect? We don't have to if we are doing repairs.

There was nothing wrong. You are not repairing my service. You have disconnected it!

He reconnects me and mutters about how I am making his job longer/more difficult. I reply at least you are working. You stopped me from doing my job.

Ignorant git. He could have just knocked on my door and asked if it was ok to disconnect first.
