Haunted house? Last night I noticed that my central heating had switched on which came as a surprise since it was supposed to be turned off. When I checked it was now set to timer. The last time I was anywhere near the controls was last weekend when I reset the clock and it hadn't switched on in the 5 days since then, until last night.

Its looking grey and dull for the week. We're in a right doldrum weather wise with an anti-cyclone keeping wind to a minimum, so nothing to move the clouds about. Makes electricity pricey due to lack of wind generation.

Dull and gloomy, if mild and still here. Felt odd on my relatively short ride yesterday - early afternoon but everyone had their lights on...

Month end for me again so not much chance of anything other than work/irritation this week.

Hedge trimming today. Meeting ex BT colleagues for lunch tomorrow. The car is overdue for a wash at some point. And of course a ride on the bike.
