Re: The Cycling Thread
They seem to struggle to understand why we don't give a flying hoot about them, saddest part is our prime-minster vouched (as he does) to never use them for any other contracts after they destroyed the last one they had. But they paid their big fine just before the contract was finalised and got the work. Hey ho, I don't choose my employers the government do.
I can choose my bike though and I'm still staring at the Sensa.

It is 0%
Oh Alan and Colin, do you think we could manage this without being complete burst baws at the end of it? I've never done the Tak twice. Its weather dependent.

Re: The Cycling Thread
Yeah defo go for it and while you're there get a lighter set of wheels and you'll have a bike thats pretty close to the UCI minimum weight limit.
7.4kg is pretty impressive for a bike less than £1100 Only thing i'd look at is the position looks very aero. Does it come with stem spacers??

Re: The Cycling Thread
*7.4kg aprox
The review on the 2013 bike which to my eye looks the same says its a good mix of race and mile muncher, the guy even moans the front end is too high.

Re: The Cycling Thread
Anyone unfortunate enough to live near the Van Den Driessche family
So one brother is banned for doping, his sister is likely to be banned for putting an 'engine' in her bike. (bike doping sounds ridiculous to me) and the other brother and father are stealing birds from Pet shops... It's like a soap opera Come to think of it where do I buy these motors? Strava KOM's are on their way...
