Very interested in one of these but not reading through 45 pages about one.

Any chance of a quick recap, with pictures, for us noobs at all?

I have a set of heated grips to fit and plan on fitting a USB/phone charger into the bike onto the bike at some stage but am worried about the 'delicate' curvy electrical/charging system.

it looks like this but has had a few modifications to make it better and now comes in universal guise with instructions.

the curvy charging system is fine and its the lack of using power that is the problem with the reg/rec as it overheats them due to trying to shunt the excess into heat. this is why you should always run with your lights on.

I'm interested in one of these, have you got any left? How much are they and would you be able to throw a couple of bullet connectors in as well please (I'll pay for them)?

hi DryRob, the kit comes with everything including the bullet connectors, brake switch connector, fuses, loom tap, instructions and will fit 99% of bikes out there but was designed to be fitted to the SV650 as simply as possible.

the design is slightly different now (easier to fit) but basically the same.

its money well spent. I love having it on the bike. might even get a gps put through it for next year.
