Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Having to get up at 3.30 am to find mum's dog hemerageing blood. Then try to get a vet to attend. That proved pointless, so had to take the dog to them to have a consultant fee. After hours fee. When you can plainly see the dogs in such a state there is only one humane option.

Sorry to hear that Martin, always a heart breaking decision to take even when you know it is the right one.

Dabteacake. It's good for the soul just to vent to world.
No matter what it is big or small. Holding stuff in can cause more problems.

Gripe of the day - What is yours?
The two guys who thought lane 3 of the A1(M) in the Hatfield tunnel was a good place to get out of their vehicles and start a fight.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
My local pub landlady, who refused my pub quiz answer of 'Four and twenty' to the question 'In the nursery rhyme, how many blackbirds are baked in a pie?'
She insisted the answer was in fact 'twenty four', and cost me a tenner in the process. |
