Off the shelf as such, I have support insoles in my shoes but they're not really doing much now, and proper custom ones in my everyday shoes.
I just played around and tweaked until they felt slightly invasive, but not uncomfortable. Find out tomorrow how they do |

I don't suffer with foot pain, but these give me a shoe that's comfortable all day. Worth a try https://yoursole.co.uk/

Sitting on the yard by the kitchen and the Rosa Rugosa is in full flower. Everywhere round this side of the house is drenched in the fantastic perfume of the roses.

Penultimate day before the big bike trip starts tomorrow. A couple of days will be spent in the lake district before heading to Fort William to continue the journey.

Perfect temperature to ride this morning. Had to pop to the shops and roads felt perfect on the little 250. One of those rides that isn't a ride, but turns into one as you take the long way home because everything is flowing so well and road conditions etc are so good.
