I spoke to Paul this afternoon, I did say that I would keep him informed about any funeral arrangements. He was out on the town last night when he got the news, was very shocked.

Well, I just got home from a night that had Hovis held at the fore. Raised glasses in ernest, in respect, in solitude, together.

Most of all we got blathered....hovis style.

Also I wanted to cut and paste Hovis's last facebook post on THAT day for those who weren't on his friends list, just shows how happy and excited he was going off on his bike to meet his friends, enjoying himself, happy full of fun and jokes etc, reminds me of the: Just Jack song.

Hovis was one of those multifacated people that everyone knew either well or just knew of, but, he was universally liked and always made people feel welcome on here.

Leaving home early yesterday morning for a day out on the bike, and the first other vehicle we saw was a Hovis lorry.

It did make me smile.
