Yeah you pull it out yourself. Mine is missing the locking pin that it normally slides to but it does have a white for as a guide.

Nothing much doing today so I have been rescanning some old negs.

Got a Flickr tip for you unless you already know? If you type Voigtlander Vito B in the tags you will get Voigtlander-Vito-B all separate. If you type the same with quotes; "Voigtlander Vito B" you will get all off it in one tag.

There's a vintage car and bike show here today. Only 2 bikes unfortunately and it's cold, drizzly and horrible. Managed a couple of shots with the OM1 and a few on the phone.

Oh no! We didn't plan anything today as it's supposed to rain but it hasn't.

Just won an Olympus job lot with a Trip 35, Pen EES-2 and a 35RC for £16 plus post.

Nice, a good investment. The RCs go for daft prices at the moment.
Browsing randomly this afternoon, I found this - http://www.thevietnamslideproject.org/about/
Vietnam photos but snapshots taken by the regular GIs as opposed to the stuff from the pros like McCullin and Page. Some interesting stuff.

I'll take a look at the link in a mo. The Trip has a faulty red flag, the EES pops up all the time and the RC is untested due to off battery. It's mechanical so hopefully works.

Yeah, the RC will work on manual with an external meter. Dead meters are common but it's often a corroded wire under the battery holder. I gave up on mine and sold it on.

Some great shots on that website Yoko, thanks for posting it up. I've got Pocket Lightmeter on my phone so not overly fussed off the meter is dead, it's listed as having a working shutter. Hope there isn't any fungus.

I managed to fix the XD5, someone posted up a decent pic of what the spring clip looks like and I managed to fashion one out of an old spring. What did you get for your RC by the way?
