No, I got it in a book shop. I was just surprised to see a whole book on the subject of Breakfast. Breakfast is one of the 3 most important meals of the day so I had to get it!

Today was a granary doorstep with butter and home made damson jam, swiftly followed by another of the same because the first one was so good.

But my favourite is, crispy white toast with soft scrambled egg and smoked salmon on the top. Washed down with a monster glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. (keep the oranges in the fridge overnight).
