Would the Baldock to Buntingford Alps be classed as EA or Home Counties? There's also the B660 from Bedford to Peterboghorror, B645 St Neots to Rushden to name but a few.

Ah the Baldock to Buntingford road A303 is it? Lovely. First conquered my fear of sharps bends there. Got that sticky tarmac stuff on some of them I was told. Don't know if it's true but it upped my confidence levels

Here is a route that I have done twice now with the EAR lot - I came up with it without ever having ridden any of the roads but its quite good - its about 150 miles and takes in some good roads - its not all flat and boring around here

I am sure that a similarly good (or better!) route will be sorted out by the organisers

Baldock to buntingford is good yeah, got to get your overtakes in before the double whites each time otherwise it's frustrating. I haven't managed a clear run on it yet!
