Grim, isn't it. I'm glad I took the SV over to Slough this morning while it was still sunny.

Got absolutely soaked on the way home... I might turn up, but feeling fairly annoyed with the weather, so who knows.

Shame I hadn't checked before setting off!

I'd just about had enough by the time I got off the M4 and pulled onto the A4 thinking how warm and dry the Shire was going to be...
Only to find a deserted shire...

Of course as I hadn't checked the venue, I didn't know it was down the road.

So I'm now cold and shivery and curled up on the sofa.

well, if it's any consolation I'm still at work.. wish I had a bike to be riding even if it was cold and wet. gruppppfff..

Sticky Lemon is more pub like but less room than the shire inside.. A good substitute

Will be ok in summer , lots of tables outside..
