The trouble is, radial master cylinders stick forwards more so can foul the fairing... I think Ianofbhills used a GSXR one, and had a wee hole cut in the dash for this reason. But here I've no real knowledge so I'll bow out, the curvy plastics are a bit more spacious.

Clipons... I used TL1000S for a while, which are a bit higher but more sloped. Not a bad compromise... But now I use LSL Sport Match high-offset, which are perfect for me, roughly as high as standard. But not cheap... 21Quest is the man for the clipons, he's tried allsorts. He found a Ducati set which would be high and pretty flat, very nice if you want that.

Well to be honest he said £275 and I said yes, so it's his fault. Besides it's more than my original thoughs of £200 with the rear wheel!

Aparently the damper fits the SV so I'll be seeing if I can fit it and try the bike with and without to see what I prefer!

Is the bike stolen, or does your mate just not like money?

Ha ha, no he's just lazy!

He starts loads of projects, complete's one and forgets about the rest until he's bored of the project he's just built and flogs it but in all of this he usually ends up with loads of unused bit's

Just so happens he had most of a GSXR laying about and he heard I needed a new wheel and wasn't sure if his would fit but asked me anyway!

Now I just gotta get the motivation and time to do my project!

Billy, after the mess you made of your chain first time around, I'm not sure I want you anywhere near this project!

Once I'm sure I've got all the parts I'll give ya a call to arrange something.

Just need to source 4 or 5 vital components and I'll be ready to go!
