I've got a feeling it's going to a bit too much of a full on day travelling that distance for me inbetween very tiring work days at the moment. Work has been full on 7 days a week and I'm quite knackered. The times I've squeezed a ride in recently my head hasn't been in it I've been so tired, so maybe a big day out isn't the best idea.

It is a hell of a long way for you Adam so I quite understand. Maybe when things have settled here at home on the domestic front(!) you should ride up one day and stop over here to break the distance. Might make it more do-able.

I'm taking sandwiches and a flask John, although I will also probably go to Morrisons a bit early and scoff one of their breakfasts!
