Buy the older one, that way you have some spare cash to do a couple of mods he he he

Rear Ohlins, Front Ohlins, Braided hoses, Reni can, lowers, hugger,seat cowl,undertray, front and rear sprockets, airbox, R&G's etc etc oh yes and a respray.

The new sv650 just seems like a poor mans R6, with those lights, I 'm always reading reviews on the Injection cutting out, nice vibes from the bars. I have had 2 SK1's and both have been mint. The bike gets lots more looks than a Naked Kylie walking down the street. Just great to ride it.
I do like the 1000, but only because the extra cc and they are now pretty cheap, but having said that, my bike will have to die first before I get rid of it.
Next up Rizla Green i think.
