I know the route from Maidenhead to Fox's then down through Reading to Basingstoke but will be winging it to Box Hill! As ASM said it's all part of the fun
cool, any idea of which roads you are going for between Basingstoke and Box Hill? There are some pants roads (like the Hog's Back) and some good ones. Maybe Rigor could make some suggestions seeing as that bit's GM territory!

I'll have a sit down tonight and see what I can come up with. What road are we coming into Basingstoke on?

Was gonna take the A33 down from Reading.. Don't really know any others. Feel free to suggest a route to Box Hill from B'stoke.. I'll let you lead if you like!

LMAO....thats really bad compard to the quoted 40MPG. You must have a heavy throttle hand(too much hand love ).

You are officially back in the 'first to run out of fuel' lottery.

You sure that 40mpg is for an 03 bike? I seen figures quoted at 32 and 27 mpg!

Apparently your bike has an 18 litre tank but mine is only 17 litres. Mine is more of a sports bike as opposed to your 'commuter'
