Re: What problems are you ignoring.
Oh yeah almost forgot, I've got an engine in my dads garage that I need to take the heads off and fit a pair of heads which I acquired from svrash about a year ago...
Then there's my old 250 which is also in my dads garage, which needs weeping forks sorting out (amongst many other things) to potentially put back on road as my winter machine. This thread's quite a good reminder actually. |

Re: What problems are you ignoring.
Worn brake calipers,
Scuffed cosmetic parts, Stuck compression adjuster left fork leg 3 misisng front sprocket cover bolts at least 2 missing fairing panel bolts Cam cover with cracked lug (got spare, will change next service) Gear lever is a repaired job, not a nice new one Single "click" noise when I pull away Missing swingarm bobbin (needs welding back on) That about sums up the Kwak.... The SV's still being built, so doesn't count I say.... Kwak's good though, no major parts are a worry Jambo

Re: What problems are you ignoring.
Need to fit a relay for my heated grips and reconnect a side light in time for the MOT is the pressing thing. Could replace the front brake pads and replace the hoses with braided lines, but there's a bit more life left in them. Could tidy up the aesthetics/clean it (pointless IMO). Could fit/repair the slightly cracked snowplow. Could fish out the small atomiser full of WD40 stuck down the tail unit out of reach.
I'm not too bothered really. |
