Its ok to ride with the restriction actually, because its so light its nice. like riding a small bike you have to plan alot more to make sure your in the right gear at right time etc, not tht more power wouldnt be nice.

it revs to 15 000 but above 9000 it does nothing because of the restriction but i can still hit 115 farly easy. (private runway )

went out for a ride with mates, er6 ,bandit 12 , gsxr1000 quite a sprinted ride nothing major and kept up ok so for now its ok. but ive only 3 months to go till i can take the restriction out.

Crazy, 19 with a brand new k9, fair play though. you are seriously gonna enjoy that.

I think it is the no claims and years with full licence that definetly knocks it down.

Insurance just seems to massivly drop when im 24 so i would have been riding 4 years by then. Doubt i will wait though, soon as restirction is off next sep im probably gonna buy one. Thats what loans are for hey.

Whats was the transition from the twin to the IL4 like, bet you wont really notice a serious difference until your 33bhp is off.

the move from twin to 4 is not a bad as i thought. first time i hit 8 and bit thou on the gsxr i thought it was going explode!!! cant wait to hear 15000

the engine braking is still good but the brakes are far better, they are simply amazing on the gsxr.
