Although I did not vote for the SV in this instance, I owned a Ninja 6 before the SV and whilst a SS6 is generally better in every respect, I honestly do not think that in a 'race' between 'me' on the ZX6 vs SV there would be a massive amount in it. Factor into that the 3k price difference and insurance costs, I still think that the SV is a very attractive package..........unless, you are either a) Riding God or b) poseur.

good points, although i think the question should be, whether you have more fun on one bike or the other .....

as for whether one is faster, its pretty simple.
1 - take two bikes.
2 - go to track.
3 - record lap times.

As for fun, the SV wins when factoring in price and cost of insurance.

I guess that depends what ratio of £/fun you are using

the ss600, the sv would need upgraded suspension to keep up.

thats also a valid point ..... im sure there is even a certain amount of fun to be had on a 50cc scooter

V. true. Although having lots of Credit just because 'you want something'
does not seem to bother a lot of people in this Country at the moment.
