Ive changed my mates VFR springs and tubes (he bent them in an accident...) I had to take them appart twice as he did the tubes and springs seperatly. Also dont it on my old VF250 as I had to change the oil seals. Sooo if they are similar at all then I should be able to give an helping hand... If you want me around

FFS I missed the MotoGP and this ride out because I slept in . Did do the Helmsley TT twice today though *Gr33k does a dance*. Best from Helmsley than towards it imo.
