My weakness is deffo carrot-cake (I used to be obsessed with carrot cake muffins from Tesco's but they stopped making them a few years ago
 BUT!!! I was delighted to discover some in the Marks and Spencers in Watford. Now that was good  I also adore apple and rhubarb crumble. The best one Ive ever had was in a pub in Epping forest. Id go all the way back there just for that And matt - it is called gaa-loom-braa-maa (for those of you who dont know, its a greek sponge cake which is covered in a greek syrup and it prevents it from drying out)....I think theres a rude joke in there somewhere knowing you lot  Maria |

i ponce won a competition for my victoria spone and i have a real easy but absolutely excelletn recipe for Carrot cake if anyone wants it!! (have to wait til i get home tho)
