Hi noob here.... please be gentle...

after a few years of bimbling about on the now sold Beemer, a house move (from coonty durham to east end of the toon) any of you peeps got some gentle runs (about 1 hour duration) to recommend that will help sharpen me up a bit?...

lots of NSL and curvey bits a must !!!

Probably up totWhitley Bay and up the coast, or you could go the other way towards Kielder. Some of the best roads in the country up that way.
