Hehe, I know what you mean Gr33k. They came across to me like that the first time I went there a month or so ago. But they have the bike I want (and there are not many 600FS's for sale around here) at a decent price. So I decided sod it, even if I wasn't keen on the staff, the bike was right. But they definately have that 'big company' feel to them, which can make them a bit more unflexable I think.

I'm down at Junction 25, Long Eaton actually. But it aint that far upto Rotherham, used to do it weekly when I played hockey up that way!
