Thank you all very much, day was a mixture of work and pleasure rather than one of, (richly deserved), reckless abandon, it is however immeasurably improved by all you lovely people who posted me such happy messages and calls and texts and e-mails*. Add to this that I may say, without fear of contradiction, that this is the very firstest time I've ever received birthday greetings from Kazakhstan!
