Would they not both want to stay on the Saturday night though??? Or have i misunderstood what you're getting at.

Made perfect sense and a good idea. I'd stay the Saturday, I have a prior engagement on the Friday.

Is there any space in the bunkhouse now that there are 12 confirmed? I'm a bit lost here. Are campers welcome?

Campers are perfectly welcome yes. I may camp, or stay in Nottingham over night to alleviate space for one more person if there is demand.

I think that there may also be extra bunkhouse space on site aswell. Although this will have to be organised amongst yourselves. For example neither myself or Lissa can really pay a deposit on an extra one. We can certainly help out with advice and phone calls etc though.

HTH and that i made sense.

Well if, as Ralph has mentioned, they can only make one of those nights then I would assume the majority of .orgers will be staying 2 nights, so one night in the bunkhouse would still be worthwhile. Sorry if I'm not making sense

Sorry forgot to mention that there are 15 spaces in the bunkhouse, but it will be booked and a deposit paid once twelve people have committed, which i see we have.

OK, cool. I don't mind either bunkhouse or camping. My only reason for mentioning camping was that I can't stay two nights.

Right I'm with you (I think), tell me if this is nonsense....

If you book a bunkhouse you need to book the whole thing (12 beds), for two nights, so to book one, you need 12 two-night takers. To book two you need 24 takers. Etc, etc.

So you have twelve takers now, so unless we get another 12 or are prepared to put down a deposit and underwrite the other beds ourselves, we need to camp.

So the site don't permit bunkhouse bookings for one night at weekends, but can you book a camping pitch for one night? If so put me on the definates list for the Saturday night.

There are 15 beds in the bunk Lissa will book and we need to book it for two nights, yes. I think there might be a smaller six bed bunkhouse as well on the same site(i think, might call up to confirm though.) which will be on a two night basis as well.

Camping should be ok for one night only. I see no problem with that although, i will phone up to make sure before hand.
