Unusual fears or phobias

I hate crossing bridges over water full stop. If I really have to do it then more often than not...I run across. No idea why, I just have visions of the bridge collapsing and me going down with it! The worse thing is the pier when you can see the water between the gaps..*shudder*

I have a few food hates/phobias - I cannot cook fresh chicken breast or fresh liver without wearing gloves or I would rather go without and even look away when preparing it....no accidents with the knife so far. I really enjoy italian food but just one dish make me heave, carbonara - I get very anxious at restaurants when it is on the menu and avoid supermarket aisles that have prepared dishes showing the picture!

Oh just remembered another one of my random fears....

Tractors, can't walk past them and can't even look at them. This is also true for snakes ( I get shivers even thinking that word).

And a friend of mine has a fear of polystyrene, completely freaks out if he sees or hears it, shame he used to work at woolies where every box had some in it!

Dead people ...... when I have to search people (at work it's not my sadistic hobby) who have died I have a fear of what they will do. Everytime I go to one I dread the family being there when I have to do it as one day they are gonna do summat I dont expect and I will run a mile screaming.

My fear is helicopters, if I hear one I have to be able to see it, I have no idea where this came from!

A little bit of both, I think the scared of the painting came because the eyes followed me..

dave preston is scared of hights, go figure, he's six eight????

Oh my god this reminds me of that ghostbusters film with that evil ghost painting. It used to give me nightmares when I was younger and I was convinced the painting would come and get me thankfully im all recovered now

I get completely freaked out by empty swimming pools. Especially big, deep ones. Dunno why, but they're really creepy somehow.
