well got new rear sets as well as i destroyed the originals in my off, so got some loverly GB moto ones they look the biz and give the bike a lot better position for fast riding, haven't got them hoisted up tough and are as low as they will go because I'm a big lad and think the increase in height on the lowest position is fine (also flipped the adjuster plates round so even lower than they should be, still a lot higher though)

also my GF just order my crimbo Prissie from the US, its a easterbever light relay kit so the light receive the full wattage instead of the small amount the receive now could have made my own but couldent be bot herd and they are cheaper than most in the UK and also the only ones i can find people recommending and only cost £40 inc p&p

so im a happy bunny also bikes up and running again now with new handle bars and levers

basicly it runs the lights (front lights) off the battery in stead of through the reg/rec but the relays plug in to the standard light socket so you can keep the high/low switch also then it puts less strain on the electrics (im running 2x 65w lights and it dosent cope to well) it also has a inline fuse holder as the system avoids the fuse box entirley

the americans on the sv rider forum love it and thorght cosidering my lights are dull and i dont no what i want for christmas i will try it

this is what it looks like

lol PS its easternbeaver not easter ..... lol it was late thats my excuse

Don't mean to put a downer on it but the SV headlights already have their own circuit. I don't think this will improve things at all. You either have the juice or you don't - and twin 65W bulbs aren't significantly above stock. Unless, that is, the naked's headlight cables are downrated as it normally only supplies a single bulb. If this is the case, I'm surprised it hasn't caught fire already.

There are a few notable exceptions, but a bunch of americans thinking it's great just doesn't sell it to me.

this is the same behaviour as the standard UK spec faired SVs.

Anyway it certainly won't do any harm
