Oh yeah, it basically reduces the twistgrip travel on the plus side, but makes it pretty hard for fine control at lower revs on the other, the 50 profile cam that was fitted gave about 1/8 turn stop to stop, where as the 200 I've changed it to is about twice the travel at 1/4 turn, the standard is about 400 which is about 1/2 or so.
