I wouldn`t say it was the worst I have ever heard , my mate Tommy once put down a sandwich on some Gorse as he was unpacking his rucksack , he proceeded to eat it despite my warning . That very evening he was Vomiting hard into a carrier bag whilst sat on the Lav and cacking at the same time . This carried on all night and he said he looked like one of those maltreated Horses off the RSPCA adverts .... all skinny and haggard with a nose bag on his face .

Well , probably a touch of mild food poisoning or a bug . The back injury just happened by accident , but my back is not the best by a long shot , I broke a vertebra in `96 and removed half the skin off it in an accident so I try not to give it too much hassle . I`m getting old as well so that doesn`t help .

ahh i see so just lots and diff stuf built up :S bad timing for you back to go at the time of the food poisining, and that accident sounds nasty ..
