I've got four friends who have quit this year by going to a hypnotherapist - haven't even thought about smoking since, despite frequently being around other smokers!
He might be a bit of a trek from your neck of the woods (based in West London) but it's a one-off visit for a couple of hours, so could be done in a day. Happy to provide his details if you like, and I think it cost c. £80 (small beer compared to cigarette costs these days!). Or there are probably others closer to you |
