well I don't know what manual you're quoting from, but it's not in any of mine, and I can assure you it's fully adjustable, although unlike some of the jap stuff getting it wrong can be seriously disturbing, but I'd agree what ever setting, if you don't know what it does don't touch it, I've just checked the Triumph workshop manual as well and it doesn't have that warning in there either.

Not really Rob, the little Daytona has different spec and is much lighter, I have some settings from the tt600 and what I have on the S4 which would be closer, I wouldn't use those I posted for the T5.

I seem to remember it's in the owners manual, I thought it was a little strange too.
