Each pair of pistons gets its own pair of pads.
It is nice way for EBC to make more money... oh I mean reduce twisting forces on the pads to reduce self-servo effect ![]()

![]() Yeah,1 pad per piston. A company called Harrison Billet make lovely brakes, which use 6 pads per caliper. Had one on my Harley. Always wanted a pair of Mini 6's for the SV, but the cost was prohibitive. http://www.billet.co.uk/index2.html?home.html~mainFrame |

Yeah, nice kit.
Looking at their 4 pots they're about £500 for pair, seem cheaper than I expected actually, since you can pay £250 or so just for a set of discs!

Some goin here; or EBC... £66 sounds ok for them tbh, especially like you say when the online shops at over £90 delivered! They are worth it imo, mine do feel great even with part worn pads and knackered disc's... Can get these cheap but I have no idea what they are!? EBC for all 8 pads looks like about £90 ![]() ![]() Last edited by ThEGr33k; 22-05-10 at 03:08 PM. |

Never knew they existed. For anyone's information who's bothered and to give you an idea how p1ss poor the previous discs were :- since fitting the new discs my full useable lever travel has returned. i.e the lever doesn't go back to the bar any more.
