I truly have no idea. I always use my MOT's as a guidance. At a rough guess i reckon its around 7k this year. Just over 55% of that was commuting this year so not too bad on a social front. I just cant justify the social riding as it cost me £19 to fill the bike up on Monday. When i bought the SV back in 2000 it cost £10.50 so the social riding is now a luxury expense.

If i get this new job then ill be doing 40 mile a day+

What is this ' social riding ' ? I am not understanding.
Thought the whole point was to be as antisocial as possible.
Oh, and Rictus: 80 miles / £ - that's good going

I wish, that's just fuel paid for on the card, I don't have a record of the amount paid in cash unfortunately.

55 miles left now.

Managed about 10,500 miles on the SV since March 13th, and about 5,000 miles on my bikes before that.
Next year I intend to double that and explore more

Just had the crappiest (least miles) year riding since I started. The high light and seriously about the only milage I did was on a spanking blue skyed cadwell park on the 12th of June. You couldn't make it up how good that day was!

I hope to get some miles on next year!

About 40k between the car and two bikes, but unfortunately well over 3/4 of that in the car. No wonder I hate driving the thing.

I only did about 3.5/4k I think, but I only got my license/bike in July? Or Was it August! And 2.5 weeks after I got the bike I couldnt ride it much due to some injuries.

2011, cant wait!
