A poxy schoolgirl ran out backwards into the road and into the side of me when I was 20, knocking me off my GSX250 and comprehensively smashing my wrist up. She had no injuries other than a grazed elbow and was back at school the next day. However, a week later she turn up at school in a neck brace and puts a personal injury claim to my insurers (obviously organised by her scummy parents). To add insult to injury they settled with her, despite me having two independent witnesses. They didn't even inform me, I found out about it months after the event when I renewed my premium

Still have a massive scar on my wrist and no feeling in the top of my hand 20 years on. Little bitch got pregnant a couple of years later at the age of 15 - further reinforcing scummy parents lack of parenting ability.

Flipping well this. The other day I was waiting to turn left at some lights, some girl was standing waiting to cross straight ahead. When the lights went for us, she started to walk, straight into my path as I came around the corner, ignoring the red man. I gave her a little toot on the horn to remind her I wait for my lights, she can wait for hers too. Being cute and Chinese doesn't excuse you (though it's a start)

Yesterday, waiting at different lights, several cars back from the stop line. The lights change, everyone starts to move, two teenage boys about 14 or 15 suddenly come FLYING through the intersection on their bicycles, not a care in the world, looking straight ahead.

Same with these "driving at 31mph KILLS YOUR CHILDREN" ads, why don't they teach kids not to walk out in front of cars?
That too. There was a thread somewhere (maybe here) where a child had been hit or something, oh it's terrible the man should be locked up and the key thrown away. I didn't get a good reaction when I wondered what the child was doing in the road in the first place.

We play a game around the uni's: how many emergency stops will you need to do!

Students are the worst TBH, I think 5 a year are hit by buses around Newcastle uni. Pulling a emergency stop with the throttle open normally proves the point

Do it with style...

Pull a stoppie and headbutt them, before executing a perfect landing

on a par with this, an interesting case has just gone through the judicial system in the states....
http://uk.news.yahoo.com/mum-sentenc...111744335.html

mother and her children cross the road at the wrong place, one child killed and she is found guilty and sentenced according to the laws

had Mr Paralysed biker killed one of the girls would be pursue the claim on the other one or had he killed both girls would he have filed a claim against the families of the deceased girls.. just playing devils advocate and all that

Peds and cyclists with I-pods/Walkmen on are a bloody menace., no spatial awareness whatsoever.

So how do you know there isn't a Prius coming up behind you, unless you have mirrors?
