I had one of the very early Audi100 ls models,bought used and then driven seven days a week until it had over 200k miles on it.This at the time when the equivalent Ford would do just over 100k and be looking for a new engine.Later I had a coupe straight five engine,an 80,and a 2.6 80 coupe.I think they got less robust over the years.The old ones were better.
