Next challenge for you Sir Bibio
difficulty in making Hid harnesses is the fact i need to buy HID kits which i have looked into so might be on the cards.

if someone wants to send me theirs to get altered then that's no problem.

You thinking of a modded car kit or the whole 9 yards projector set up?

There are no incandescent bulb on the market for legal road use tha emits that level of light.

Anyway, the SV light unit is sh** for HID as it just checks light all over the place. I ended up removing mine for this reason. To glary and the main beam pattern is/was awaful. Dipped is amazing though.

Wrong. The beam pattern is created but the headlight, not the bulb and the SV unit is below average in that department. They do however, work in the Projector lamps very well due to their design, but the above still stands in MOT regualtions.

I have a complete twin 35w kit that used to be fitted to my SV for sale. Make me an offer.

Its good to have the official ruling on it from the Mot enforces.
If you have a good beam pattern then your a pass .
Cut and dry.
Same goes for class 4 too.
But if you put one in that glares . Don't be surprised when someone blinds you with there main beam.
Just be sensible
