Why when we have lots of water up here do I get demands for £370.60 for water.

Why does my water company not sell their excess to the drought ridden south and use this extra income to subside their customer base. Instead they seem content to let the water they can't use flow down the drain

Then again them southerners wouldn't know what to do with water that doesn't block up your kettle with sh1te, make your tea taste sh1te, or stop your soap from working. So I suppose we had better keep it for our impromptu fountains
