How do you "Nod" - My Random bit for today

You clearly have a different take on the situation to me. I take a nod as someone saying "Hi, how are you?"

In the above situation, I'd just giggle to myself thinking that they were probably crapping themselves because they're nervous on the road. I might be wrong, but I like a laugh more than I like feeling like I'm an idiot for someone not saying hello back to me.

I choose what I do & how I feel, nodding to someone doesn't take much effort, and if people don't do it in response, there's no point getting wound up about it.
