I have just spent 30 mins polishing one heel plate !!..

dam it knackers ya ..

looks good though .!

lots o elbow greae and autosol and a roll of kitchen roll later

wheres your pictures quiff? them buffing wheels you can fit in a drill will do the job quickly.

i forgot to take pics.. ME ! forgot pics- wow..


cant get the other heel plate ff.. the bloody cheese made nut has burred- so might have to cut a slot in it and screwdriver it out..,, its the smaller one too. so less work.. ,,

I have one of those buffer things- dam I never thought of that- wang my drill in the vice and away I go..

gonna go out n do it right now.!

what paint??

it takes the top coating off yea- the matt look..
and shines it up lovverrrllyyyyy...


see...and yes Iknow the rest of my bike is dirty- being addressed tomoz.. plus need a little more work on removing the scratches- what does it best kwak.. a cloth or kitchen roll?





and here I am all ready to go with my drill..but that will be tomorrow now-

kwak is the expert- but- it is hard hard work..

goes very black first and u think u have fooked it!..

but it comes good.. then its just a case of keeping on top of it.

I am wondering if a coating of baby oil will buff it up and protect it- what you think Oh kwak one

looks good to me mate! you done a good job there, i use rags not kitchen towel but hey whats the diff i see the drill is at the ready
