Yes I think you are corrected. Alvaro caught Jorge by surprise by taking tight,(brave) inside line and so dictate corner. Jorge could maybe of just adjusted slightly to avoid contact? No blame on Alvaro that I can see.

Also nice to see some exciting racing with overtaking and changes of leader...

Not really an expert on MotoGP but its certainly a bit more exciting to watch than another form of motorsport I can care to mention....
