I know just how you feel. Before Xmas it was once a month and I've not seen her since New Year. The 2nd weekend of Feb could be the next time I see her.
But at least we both have free texts so it's not as if we are out of contact with each other.

At the end of the day it makes seeing each other so much more special and you realise how much you love them all over again, it's great!

The car was icing up when i went to bed but i just looked out the the window and its not icy now, hooray!!
I need to go into town so now i can freeze on two wheels instead of being cosy in four, life is sweet

Bloomin exhaust on my car gone too. Blame it on all the snow as the internals of the Cat are rattling about after driving through the snow and the exhaust has got knocked about.

Plus the other car has a slow puncture, which was quite amusing. When I came home from work the other night, I could hear this weird noise coming from underneath the car. Vaugley electronic, as if i'd run over a phone whilst still connected.

Couldn't pinpoint it with my dodgy hearing, so the wife went out, turns out it was the slow puncture seeping air out in some standing water under the tyre

Tyres worn out nearly, so £59 for that

Still picked up some bargain wireless headphones for the kids in Halfrauds, plus they had the tool I needed, which saved a 20mile trip to screwfix.

Which meant I was at home when the postman came and dropped off my polishing stuff- no card through the door jobbie - good

But it's too flippin cold to venture out into the garage, we had a snow flurry this morning

Coffee & warm up; with a piece of birthday cake

No ice on the car this am and its almost light for my return home from work

I made the bracket for my speedo, it looks rather good too

Thats has to have been one of the busiest days of work i've had in a long time, and to top it all off i had to turn down a 3 week trip to Las Vegas as well
