I get my own room that I can turn into a darkroom! If it goes through that is. Space for my camper van, both our bikes and a garage for more bikes if we decide on more.

Massive step. Been in the flat thirteen years and running oit of space, parking can be a nightmare and my van is at a friend's house so I can't work on it. Looked at three places today and number two ticked all the right boxes. Its a waiting game now, first time buyers so its all new.

Is this near any of you guys? Would love the processor but it's a bit far from here. 222939715936 hoping it's near one of you so we could do a deal.
