The best you can do is host the file for others to download or open the file and take a screen print and put that up.

Yeah that was what I was struggling to find, hosting a spredsheet.

On the Keyboard top right around that area ish...Then paste into paint or summit.

i did it on exel in work, but have limited internet acceas, so emailed it to my hotmail account, but i need excel on my home pc to open it, and you have to pay?
